The EWWG philosophy is to bring people together to share their woodworking experiences and encourage education. The guild is a non-profit organization funded primarily through membership dues. Our goal is to promote fellowship, learning, and excellence in woodworking.
If you are a resident of the South Sound area of Washington state and want to find out more about us, feel free to contact us (info below). Questions and comments are always welcome. You are also welcome to join us at our monthly meetings.
Please note that we meet the second Monday of every month at the Edgewood Bible Church, 1720 Meridian Ave. E., Edgewood, WA. The meeting page contains directions and a map. Our doors open at 6:30 pm for social time before the meeting officially starts at 7:00 pm.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for your email. Yes, you have the right group; making furniture and any other wood working is what we are all about. We have all levels of woodworker in our group, and our mission is to educate and help others learn about woodworking.
Our meetings are open to the public. You can find out about them on our web site http://www.ewwg.org . I will also add you to the newsletter distribution.
We meet the second Monday of every month at the Edgewood Bible Church at 1820 Meridian (in Edgewood, WA). We almost always have a speaker to discuss some aspect of woodworking. We also have a show and tell, a safety reminder, a social time and a raffle of woodworking items.
I hope you get a chance to stop by. Please feel free to ask any questions. Or call email me at info@ewwg.org.
Thanks,
Bill Cogswell
I am looking for a group of people who enjoy furniture making and other wood working activities. Are your meetings open to the public? What types of things does your guild discuss at your meetings? Thank you Jeff
