For those who took the free Gorilla Glue samples, here is the relevent information the company would like you to know, taken from their accompanying letter.
“We have sent your club 50 free 1 oz. sample bottles. There is no commitment required on your part except to use it and enjoy. A friend of mine has two Cherry stumps that are available at no charge provided you come to his home and transport them to your shop. One measures 24″ x 19″ x1′-6″. The other is 18″ x 15″ x 2′-0″. You may need a helper to lift them as they are dead weight sitting on the ground. If your want one or both, please call Jack Warnick at 253-752-5841 to schedule your visit.
Great idea Bill and good story. I propose we intiiate this idea at our meeting in May. Perhaps, a person who has similiar wood interests would be a starting point for the new member/guest. I tried this at the Fife club a few years ago and tho I did not have time to really get it underway those new members kept coming back to me when they had a quesetion. Let’s explore some more.
